There are people who have built very big empires that do well and also have a lot of employees who are loyal and who have worked there for a very long time. When it comes time for them to rest because of old age, they leave their companies in the hands of their sons or daughters. The problem with doing this is that these predecessors can easily bring down the company because of making rush decisions. Another thing that these young people do is that they let go the employers who have been there for long. Thus making them look for another way that they can earn a living that does not go in line with what they are used of doing. What they are supposed to do is to look for grants for job retraining. These grants can give them a chance to actually go to new avenues that will earn them a living. They should look at the job retraining as a way to start a new life and do things that they would not have done otherwise.
