Criminals are coming up with new and more creative ways to cause harm to unsuspecting and innocent individuals. With the widespread use of mobile phones criminals have ventured into phone crime which offers an easier and a concealed way of going against the law. There have been stories on the news of how people have been conned into sending large sums of money through mobile phone transfer. Cases have been recorded of how kidnappers use mobile phones to demand for ransom in return to complying with the demands of the police. Public institutions have taken a big step towards ending such crimes and their efforts have been seen in the banning of counterfeit phones which are hard to trace. While it may be hard for a buyer to tell whether a phone is fake or genuine just by looking at it, a solution can be found in samsung mobile help. A call can be made to representatives at mobile manufacturing companies so that serial codes on a purchased phone can be confirmed as being genuine or not.
