When I was establishing my own company after being employed for ten years in a corporate sector, I wanted everything to turn out so well. I had a very specific criteria in choice of employees. I wanted those who will promise good results even in the first financial year, therefore specific skills and experiences were necessary. I also wanted to equip my office in the best furniture ever plus modern equipment in order to make my employees very comfortable while working in the company. Computers were modern too, and the internet service was unlimited. I even hired the services of Corporate Caterer in order to cater for all my staff during office hours This was very costly indeed, but I was expecting a good return from it all. In the first financial year, things were not as I expected but we managed to make a huge profit. This was a good start in the coming years. I had done enough research when I was still employed and so I had come to know what consumers liked the most, therefore getting directly to them was not hard at all.
