Parents have a right to choose a number of things for their children

When you talk to orphaned children, you will get the pain that they have out of losing their parents therefore being forced to spend their lives in foster homes or with relatives who often times will not offer the kind of treatment that they may have gotten from the parents. So it is important to appreciate your parents because they do more than you give them accolades for. When parents are present, they have a number of rights of their children.One of them is the parents right to choose. This is put in place because the children especially the very young ones are not in a position to make sound choices in many things and only the parent can do it for them. Some of this choices are like where they will do their schooling, the religion that they will grow into, if there are school trips should they go on those trips and many other type of choices. This is done until children attain an age where they are able to make decisions of their own.
