When a consumer is going to buy a particular product, then there are some things that they are supposed to ensure that are working well even if the manufacturer claims that is in good shape. Especially is it is in good shape. When you are buying a laptop, they should set it up for you and you should scrutinize the laptop to make sure that is in good shape.You should ensure that its battery is as the manufacturer says is and most of all ensure that it has a warranty for at least a year. consumer law mandates that some products like laptops and other electronic products have warranties just in case they turn out to be defective in any way. The consumer law requires the manufacturer to replace the faulty gadget with one that is working well and if the problem is not solved, then they are supposed to compensate the buyer who was assured of a good quality product. Many consumers are tricked by manufacturers in to buying gadgets that are not working well and when they return them, they claim that the warranty does not cover such damages.
